I felt so bad for the flight attendant who served drinks on my flight up from L.A. Her airline hadn’t put any snacks on the plane for her, and she had a throbbing headache from traveling. I put together a video about the situation, with some of the natural ideas I would have offered her for relief. Please pass this video along to people you know in the travel industry!

Here are a few other things to be aware of if you are headache-prone, and would like the pain to go away quickly:

~ Avoid chewing gum.

~ Icy cold beverages can be hard on a headache.

~ Fake sweeteners (like Equal and NutraSweet) can cause headaches.

~ Some people are sensitive to MSG (Monosodium Glutamate), a food additive and flavoring found in some snacks and crackers.

~ Notice if you are breathing deeply, or if it is nervous and shallow. Lack of oxygen can cause a throbbing head.
