Hello ~
Welcome to my 30 Days of Wonderful™ project of December 2011.

Life is good and it’s easy to smile. I’ve always been a very happy person, and I rarely ever get down in the wet Washington state winters. Depression is not part of who I am. I come home beaming from the inspiration o music after a walk with my iPod, and it’s easy to laugh and smile. I may surprise you though, because as I write this first post, you get to glimpse a challenge that I felt not long ago.

There are always ups and downs in life, and if you are an entrepreneur, I’m sure you have felt that the ups and downs in personal growth are magnified by being in business. The intensity of our internal growth can’t be dulled by a cubicle in an office. Our struggles don’t always go away when we come home from work, because we never completely come home. I don’t, because my nutrition work is one of my passions, and it is part of me.

For a couple of months in the summertime of 2011, I felt like I didn’t have the support that I needed to be prosperous in business and my personal life, and I began spiraling into fear. It was easy for me to get angry at people, and to get angry at myself. In these months, I spent hours searching the internet and reading books for answers. While I was cozy in my bed, I resumed watching YouTube videos and listening to recordings of Abraham Hicks.

I learned many profound things in my search, and there was a particular line from Abraham Hicks that stood out and completely captivated me:

“Thirty days of feeling wonderful is all you need to manifest the biggest of dreams you’ve ever had.”

After hearing this, I played the line over and over. Inside I was screaming, “Oh my God! I can have WHATEVER I want!?! It’s that close to me!? It already exists! I just need to feel good and it will show up!”

I finally understood that everything we want is already available. This had been a difficult idea for me to agree with for a long time, but I finally saw truth in it. My biggest dreams exist in a different vibration, and all I needed to do is get myself into a place of happiness which will then pull my dreams into my reality. It was that very day that I made the commitment to do whatever I needed to remain happy.

I’ve got some big dreams. I want to spend lots of time in Europe, I want to live in France, Germany or Switzerland. I also want a thriving company, a refrigerator full of organic food, and clients who fly in to share meals at my favorite restaurants around the world. As it turns out, even when I don’t feel like I have enough of these things, I actually already HAVE them, and they simply exist at a different vibration.

I’ve always used myself as an experiment, whether it is with a style of diet (I don’t mean restrictive weight loss diet), a new food, supplement, or personal growth project. Those who read my nutrition newsletters know that I like to step out of my ordinary life about once a month and document my new discoveries. I’ve gone away on “5 Days of Inspiration,” and have taken weekends to eat just raw foods. Stepping into what came to be called 30 Days of Wonderful™ seemed like a fun new adventure.

In the first 30 days that I committed to, I upgraded many things in my life. I began wearing dresses to dinner, spending time with more friends, and keeping my vibration happy. I indulged in a couple almond croissants made with wheat and butter (none of which I normally eat). I also started using the tough skin I grew as an entrepreneur to let irritations go, and to laugh off situations that used to make me uncomfortable. I understand that dwelling on discomfort is not worth stalling my dreams! This is when the magic started to show up.

Within the first couple weeks of my 30 days in the summer of 2011, I received an invitation to speak about my nutrition company to an audience of 1,000 people. I booked my flight back from this conference in first class, and felt elegant and deserving in my huge seat in row 4. I also said yes to opportunities that are bringing me an additional $11,000 in income. New fun clients showed up, and I gained important support of people very close to me. This all happened a few months ago, and it has been very exciting. Now I’m ready for round 2.

I love that this new 30 days that I’m embarking on begins in a powerfully spiritual time on the earth. The autumn of 2011 has been full of shifts. We may not see a shift in our outside world, but I’m preparing for internal shifts that I know will occur.

Please follow along as I ride through another 30 Days of Wonderful™ and pull my dreams into my life. If you’d like to also commit to this project, please keep me updated on your own lovely life by commenting on facebook. This is going to be SO GOOD!
