(Written before leaving on my trip to Kauai)

On March 7th, I take off on another travel series, beginning with the Island of Kauai. It’s followed by Los Angeles (that city acts like my second home these days), and then I finish the trip in Dallas, Texas.

In the past, I’ve given names to each journey that I embark on.The names used to be simple, like “Germany 2005”. Recently, I began to layer in more intention behind each name. The Heart of Europe was my last trip through Europe, where I went seeking examples of friendliness, generosity, and good fortune. What we focus on grows, and that trip was a collection of complimentary meals, shared talents, and a free photo shoot in Paris.

This trip is called “Moving with Miracles”. It’s time to become aware of the amazing things that are already present in my life, and especially the things that I may be overlooking. I expect them to show up, and because I expect it, they will.

While I haven’t even landed on Kauai yet, this trip has already given me so much:

~ I’ve had an opportunity to try a fully vegetarian diet for a month and a half. It was recommended to me that before I visit the Hindu Monastery on Kauai, I practice a vegetarian diet as a way to cleanse channels of energy in my body. Being without fish and eggs (I’ve been without other meats for years) has made me more sensitive in a lot of ways. I pick up on subtle energies, which is both good and also a little odd. If I am not strong within myself, energies can sway me in various directions. Vegetarian eating requires that I stay centered and look after my needs first, before looking at outside influences.

~ I have become very aware of all of the soy products that can so easily creep into a person’s diet when they are vegetarian. Soy is such a prolific meat replacement, and I’ve been using more of it since I stopped eating meat. Unfortunately, soy overconsumption can lead to thyroid suppression (weight gain and poor immunity), and a collection of reproductive issues. So I’m intentionally slowing down on the soy foods.

~ I know that I will meet future clients on this string of trips. When I travel, it brings out the best in me, which is magnetic to opportunities, miracles, and new clients. When you find the thing that makes you feel absolutely magnetic, whatever you need and desire will show up for you. Fancy clothing helps with this, too.

~ My existing clients will also be more supported through the insight I gain from this trip. I’ll bring home wisdom from the more than 48 hours of in-depth learning from the conferences I’m attending. It means I will have more tools to assist my private clients with their own growth. I’ll also pass on hours of wealth consciousness and health information from reading, as well as insight that shows up in the 6 days I’m spending in close proximity to a group of monks that my brother is now part of.

OK. Wow. This list is expansive.

I look forward to sharing more of my travels with you, and letting you in on the miracles that unfold.

And just imagine what your next trip will bring you.
