Just the other day, I was asked if I was an introvert or extrovert. Definitely introvert. My time to recharge is important, and I’ve also learned how to happily be “on” at conferences, networking, open houses, and parties. (p.s. open houses and dinner parties are where I find most of my clients).

~ I’ve eaten many solo meals at restaurants, and appreciate the time to pause (minimal conversation while eating lets me focus on meditating with my meal)

~ I love traveling alone (2-day train rides where I barely say a word, international flights without a travel partner)

~ While I love people, instead of hanging out late into the night, I pay attention to when I hit that “wall,” which tells me that it’s time to head home and have peaceful hours of renewal.

Tonight, I’m spending a Saturday at home (geeking out to personal development), and I love it!
