I took a bath in the middle of my workday. It kind of makes me feel rebellious, like I should have been working, but work began 2 hours early today, because I absolutely had to finish something for a teleclass I will be on in January. When I came to a dip in my inspiration and needed a break, I took a bath, had a snack (some of the most beautiful red carrots), and listened to music for about an hour.

What I’m understanding in this month is that projects we work on or ideas that we have when we are in that “blah” energy will not have the same power behind them as when we are in that “YES!” energy, where we feel invincible. I’ve made business decisions in the past based on fear, and they have never worked. My decisions and ideas do work beautifully only when I have had plenty of time to get into the energy of hope and inspiration. In fact, I make more money when I take plenty of dance breaks, where I move freely to whatever music I’d like.

Let me talk about that bath for a minute more. When water pours from a faucet, it has grounding energy, which improves blood flow, refreshes the body and also the mind. If you need an idea, take a bath. If  you need a break, take a bath, and if you feel like taking the occasional bath smack dab in the middle of your work day, do it!
