I’m sitting here with the most delicious vegan chocolate truffle. It makes me melt just like the inner chocolate core melts. It’s past 1am on the night after the 17th as I begin writing this post, and I haven’t felt like sleeping yet.

I just came home from a late night out, and found 3 great things waiting for me:

1. The first is an invitation to collaborate with a colleague who is in the world of fashion design bloggers. As NY Fashion Week approaches in 2012, her and I are going to see how we can work together to create something of value to the fashion followers who travel so much and want to look and feel gorgeous at the same time.

2. A friend asked for my mailing address, so she can send a Christmas gift from California.

3. The daily quote from Abraham Hicks is also quite fitting for this month:

“Start telling a better-feeling story about the things that are important to you. Do not write your story like a factual documentary, weighing all the pros and cons of your experience, but instead tell the uplifting, fanciful, magical story of the wonder of your own life and watch what happens. It will feel like magic as your life begins to transform right before yours eyes, but it is not by magic. It is by the power of the Laws of the Universe and your deliberate alignment with those Laws.”

— Abraham

Still not sleepy…..

I am approaching the darkest part of night, when our spiritual connection deepens. In only a couple hours, this will be the time when holy men rise, when so many people wake and lay in bed wondering why they can’t sleep, and when the adventurous go out to play in the crisp dark air. It is considered a magical and powerful time of night.

If there are spelling errors in this post, I am using this late night time as my excuse.
